First, no childhood can go without a panda bear, one of the most famous animals in the world. Alas, this very panda bear, regardless of how cherished or popular, is at the same time symbol of species most endangered by climate change. The Giant Panda is the national symbol of China, and its protection has been of utmost importance for so long. That is why the history of captive breeding and protection of giant pandas began over fifty years ago, only recently did the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) include them into their vulnerable category list.
This work of art represents a panda bear cub, symbolizing survival struggle. With the proviso that we know there are people who are ready to help such important activities of protection, today a lovely bear is reborn over and over, it matures and evolves. It is thanks to them, as well as to the IUCN, we believe that this world still has hope.
