The prvate information required for executing the orders placed through the e-mail request, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to the third parties. Only the neessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering a work of art. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances. The Provider will supply any work of art to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of work of art arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.

USA – For shipping and delivery, to both domestically and internationally, the Provider uses various shipping carriers, DHL, FedEx and USPS Priority Mail, depending on which service and shipping rate is considerable for User’s standards. The price of any artwork does not include the cost of transportation. Shipping and transportation costs are handled by the User, according to the tariff and price of transport services of the carrier chosen by the User.
