The Queen’s Pathway to the Sash

This installation is particularly dedicated to all powerful and strong women. What is important to note here is that the chessboard, embellished in Fibonacci, stands for the queen’s life path. In chess game, when ideally positioned, the queen covers twenty-seven squares of a chessboard. It counts into “the most precious, but difficult” figures and its true value depends on its position on the chessboard, i.e. in life path.

In life as well as in chess, one’s pathway to the sash is long and complex enough, but knowledge, tenacity and persistence are what allows us to win the sash.

This queen won the sash for herself with her hard work and effort.
